Our Kiddos

This is the most recent photo of the kids. Aubrey was so proud to be holding her little sister!!

Last photo

Aubrey officially broke my camera and this was the last photo. So, until I get a new one there won't be pictures for a while. What a bummer!

Addison and I

Meltdown

Anyone who has had a 2 year old knows that naptime can be a struggle. This was one of those days. Aubrey knew not to come out of her room. She was crying but eventually stopped. I went to check on her and this is what I found. After the meltdown, I didn't want to wake her so this is how she slept for 2 hours. Amazing!!

The next Tom Selleck

John and I laughed so hard when Tracen walked out of his room like this. It was hilarious!!! Who knows what happened to his hair.....

Little Fishies...

On this particular day, we were supposed to go the the waterpark in Walsenburg and ended up not having enough time. We ended up going to Hooper. The kids had a blast!! The older kids loved the slide. A big thanks to Shae for thinking about bringing the life jackets!

Growing and Changing

Addison is growing so fast. She is starting to grin. It is so cute!

Fun in the Sun

This is one of our trips to Cole Park. We meet my dad and Drew for lunch then let the kids play. After they play, the kids walk with Mamaw to the Sno Shack for a treat. Their favorite flavor is Tiger's Blood.

Waiting for Mamaw

I couldn't resist taking these pictures. Aubrey was outside playing one day and I told her that Mamaw was coming so she sat down for a good 10 ten minutes waiting. You have to take into consideration that she is 2.....sitting for even 1 minute is difficult :) She was ecstatic when she finally got here!!!

Fearless

Here are some pictures of Aubrey (and one with Jace) riding the tube with Uncle Drew. She loved the water and probably would have jumped in until she realized the water was only 67 degrees when she put her feet in. I would have rode with her but I didn't want to scare everyone with my after baby body :).

Thomas Train

On the Saturday of Father's Day weekend, we went to visit Thomas Train. The kids loved it! There were lots of people and fun activities. We didn't do the fun activities because we had to travel back to Navajo lake. It started to rain when we were leaving and had heard that it rained all afternoon at the lake. I'm very glad that we were able to do something other than sit in the camper. Thanks Mamaw!

Piggyback Rides $1

Just John and the kids having a great time together! I don't know how he does this but he is hauling around a good 90 lbs. That's hard work! At some point, he was even bucking them off. Ya, his back hurt the next day...but it was worth it! (sorry it's kinda blurry)

Aubrey is 2!

Wow, how time flies by! I feel like I just brought Aubrey home. Aubrey turned 2 on May 2nd. She is non stop all day long which definately keeps me on my toes...unless she is taking her nap! Thank goodness for those! :)

Okay, so there are two sets of birthday pictures. The first set is from her actual birthday (May 2nd) but because we had just gotten home from the hospital that afternoon, there was no way we could pull off her birthday party. My mom (god bless her) cooked supper and brought a small ice cream cake out to us. My dad came along also. :)
The next set of pictures were taken a week later. Aubrey loves Elmo so we found the closest thing to a girly Elmo and it was Abby Cadabby. Enjoy the pictures!
The birthday girl wasn't too happy in this one...she didn't want to wear her Abby Cadabby wings...she was much better when we took them off :)
